Anders has more than 20 years of finance, sales & leadership success in banking, capital markets, SaaS startups and commercial real estate companies. He excels at: establishing collaborative teams and productive partnerships; streamlining existing processes & leveraging technology; managing & forecasting cash flow; structuring financial transactions & exposure management programs; and deepening banking relationships & raising capital.

Anders’ notable achievements include: spearheading a cross-border C$100mm REIT IPO; sourcing the capital to support a developer’s asset expansion from $90mm to $230mm in 18 months; re-energizing a multi-center private bank team to 20% revenue growth; turning around a stagnant FX sales team to 40% growth; and leading a cross-functional team to secure a $100mm+ minors trust mandate.

Anders has an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto, and a BA Honours in Economics from Carleton University. He has held Series 7 & 65 licenses and an SFDR designation in the U.K, as well as a PCA certification from Bank of America. Anders speaks four languages, holds Canadian & EU citizenships and has lived & worked in four countries.
